Le Siam Restaurant is a Thai restaurant located in Khaolak Bhandari Resort, just a short walk from Khaolak Center Main Street and Nangthong Beach. The resort is owned by the Takuapa Local family, offering a unique hospitality experience that feels as warm and welcoming as being part of a family. From the moment you step into the hotel, you'll feel the difference in its authentic Thai charm and heartfelt service.

Every Friday night, Le Siam Restaurant invites you to enjoy a Thai Buffet Night at an unbeatable price. The buffet is 590 baht net per adult and 350 baht net per child, with free dining for children under six years old. Indulge in a wide variety of authentic Thai dishes.

Let’s start with the Deep-Fried and Grill Section, where the staff prepares your food fresh right in front of you. For deep-fried options, I highly recommend trying the crispy spring rolls and fried dumplings, both packed with rich flavors and a perfect crunch.
On the grill, don’t miss out on the special menu – The Red Grilled Chicken. This dish is a favorite of the hotel owner, Go Lek, and is known for its juicy texture and bold, savory flavors. Be sure to give it a try!

If you're a tourist and love Thai food, Le Siam Restaurant offers everything you could imagine! You’ll find all the classic Thai dishes, like Green Curry, Massaman Curry, Fried Vegetables, Chicken Cashew Nut, Pad Thai, and Pad See-iew. These are served hot and fresh, cooked right in front of you on the frying pan. The staff is always ready to prepare your meal to perfection, ensuring you get the best flavors with every bite.

At the Thai Soup Station, you can choose your favorite ingredients, and the staff will cook them fresh for you in either Tom Yum Goong (Shrimp) or Tom Kha Gai (Chicken). It's a personalized experience where you get to enjoy these flavorful, aromatic soups made just the way you like them, right before your eyes.

Another favorite section is the Thai Spicy Salad, where you can enjoy dishes like Spicy Grilled Chicken Salad, Som Tum (Papaya Salad), and seasonal specialties such as the Thai Pomelo Salad, which is both fresh and sweet.

The Garden Dining Zone is the favorite area that guests love to sit in, so be sure to come early to secure a spot. This charming section is enhanced with live acoustic music, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, guests are treated to a Thai dancing show performed by talented students from Takuapa. As a Thai myself, I was genuinely surprised and moved by the performance. It was such a beautiful moment to witness, especially seeing so many children trying out the dance moves alongside the professional Thai dancers. It truly is a heartwarming experience!

For drink lovers, Le Siam has the Big Tree Bar, which offers excellent drinks at happy hour prices. I absolutely love the vibes at the bar—it has a nostalgic feel, reminding me of classic tourist bars from about 20 years ago. The cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for relaxing and having a good conversation with friends.

The highlight of the Thai Buffet Dinner at Le Siam is the live fire-cooked fried menu, prepared by Chef Wang — or as our customers affectionately call him, "Mr. Fire Show." You can pick your favorite ingredients and pass them to him, and he will cook them for you with his special secret Thai sauce, creating a mouthwatering dish right before your eyes. I’ve already tried it myself, and trust me, it’s absolutely delicious!
Last but not least is the dessert section, which is a favorite corner for kids. They serve classic Thai treats like Fried Banana, Rice Balls with Coconut Milk (Bua Loi), and Mango Sticky Rice. These sweet delights are the perfect way to end your meal.
With the amazing vibes, wide variety of Thai food, and the unbeatable price, you absolutely shouldn't miss this experience if you're staying in Khaolak. Le Siam's Thai Buffet offers a truly authentic and memorable dining experience that combines delicious food, great atmosphere, and incredible value—making it a must-try for anyone visiting the area.
